Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Duck Apparel. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Pre-sales and pre-orders are subject to a minimum two (2) week waiting period prior to dispatch. This will be communicated during the checkout processes. Please note that shipping and delivery time estimates provided at the checkout stage will not apply to these pre-sale items. For example, if express shipping is selected on a pre-sale item, the delivery estimate will only apply once that item has been dispatched after the communicated waiting period (which is a minimum of two weeks from purchase date). 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and delivered within approximately 7-10 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Overnight delivery is not available.

Duck Apparel ships to addresses within South Africa. PO Box numbers are not accepted.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Duck Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally from this store, simply proceed to checkout and follow the propts where needed for the address in order for shipping charges and any applicable duties to be calculated. For Australian and New Zealand orders specifically, we recommend visiting www.duckapparel.com.au.
